I was trying to get the focus right on AB’s Voigtlander Bessa rangefinder. She walked up, took out her iPhone and snapped a photo of the wall art. I was still trying to get the image focused on AB’s camera when she came up to me: “Can I help take a photo of you?” I smiled and replied, “Non, merci”, shaking my head, partly surprised and puzzled by the kind offer.
She said “bye” and continued on her way.
