nice shot. I love the sight of wet market around asia. This is the 1st place I will step foot in a country to see what they have to offer. =) Keep it up!
Hi Marie, thanks for visiting my blog! I’m not too sure myself. I thought that they were duck/ geese necks at first. But now that you’ve mentioned snakes… the shape does resembles the skeletal form of a snake!
Enjoyed this posting, Angelina! I always feel that visiting local markets gives one a great pulse on the area and local people. I live right upstairs from Wan Chai Market and love wandering through. We just visited Ho Chi Minh and the first places I headed were their large indoor/outdoor markets.
Absolutely! I’ve not been to the markets in Wan Chai… it must be convenient living so close to a market. Now that you’ve mention the markets in HCM, I suddenly remember how large they were (it’s been about 15 years since I’ve been there) with everything spread out across the ground level!

Thanks for stopping by! You have quite a few posts on Asian markets on your blog – look forward to seeing more of them 🙂
That is so fascinating. What are the rope things hanging down?
Snakes or tails? I’m so curious. Love these kind of pics 🙂
